About Us

San Diego therapist Robyn Firtel is a licensed Marriage and Family therapist and is also a certified Parenting Expert. She has continued her education by being trained by Pia Mellody. She specializes in Post Induction Therapy, which treats codependency, addiction, trauma, and relationships.

Robyn graduated with honors from University of California, Irvine with a Bachelor of Arts in Social Ecology. Her post-graduate studies continued at the University of Humanistic Studies where she earned a Masters of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy. She completed internships at several different facilities which enabled her to have a varied experience within the field. She worked as a primary counselor doing intensive therapy with children, adults, and families and worked with a team of psychiatrists and psychologists on long-term treatment planning. 

Currently, Robyn has a thriving private practice that includes individual as well as group therapy. She teaches workshops and intensives for couples and individuals.
